The thing i like about odesk is that they are all about quality. the promise the payments and have their own software to allow buyers that the people hired are also working. all this combined with skill tests. great platform.

The best feature of oDesk is the fact that they use Payoneer pre-paid Mastercards for payment. It’s a lot easier than using PayPal or Moneybookers.

As a customer I got cheated too many times on Odesk. The system is too easy for dishonest programmers to abuse and cheat customers out of their money. Therefore it promotes dishonesty. My experience is that there are too many bad apples on Odesk.com. the quality people are moving on to the other sites like elance and guru.

This is an excellent freelance site. What I like the most is the concept of having a virtual team. You can even hire a project manager who will oversee all other aspects of your outsource needs. Defintely in my top 5 sites for outsourcing work.
