Short and simple description they've used, don't you think? Well, it is mostly what this website is really about. They have a big category-like browser search which offers different styles of job search. You can click on every state of the US and find job offers listed under that category or browse through the companies or type of industries. The website has a lot of jobs to offer in different places - just not completely sure they go off the USA. Maybe you should check it out and answer that little question?

This site is really interesting and full of projects - maybe the largest database of projects available on one place, but on the other hand all this seems kind of unbelievable. Still a great freelancing job listing.
