ROlancers is a large gathering of Romanian freelancers and others from all over the world. The simple fact that ROLancers is officially a Romanian freelancer site should not stop people from all over the world to find what they are looking for , or offer their abilities, in there. After all they have a really nice and true thought posted.
Romania is now taking the lead in the outsourcing industry ...
A great resource to have freelance programmers bid on your programming project. All project posting and bids take place on their forum. That is the only back side of this website - its working with a forum-like system. On the other hand the site has a good rating , completely free and concentrates on Programming. Not many sites do that, still it isn't a whole lot better than the average freelancing site.
FreeLanceCenter is an online destination for quality freelance work at a low price. They have a wide range of categories which include everything from Accounting & Finance to Web Design & Programing. Technical Outsourcing has established this forum to assist its members world wide find qualified service providers, who are able to undertake technical projects remotely. The truth is that Technical Outsourcing is really a very small website with not many projects posted and still in the beginning of the business. The website is pretty shaken up, awful if you ask me, but at least they have some service providers listed and apparently some buyers posting projects. Having that in mind I can say that maybe it is not all that bad. Why not check it out for yourself and give us a reply, will you?
"Welcome to CGI Lance.
CGI Lance is the perfect place to get your project completed. Our real time approach really works."

I can not convince you that what they are saying is the truth and besides, that is not why you are here. CGI Lance basicly offers "webmasters" or "Buyers" to post their projects and let the 1714 freelancers - or Programmers - to go through them and bid for them. Nothing more nothing less.

This site shares the database of Technical Outsourcing - no wonder when behind both sites is the same company. This site is pretty much the same as Technical Outsourcing - nothing different - except the freelancers - they specialize in different aspects of work.
"Buyers request - Programmers Bid!"
Thats what the site is about. If you are a freelance programmer or web designer - go, get registered, browse through projects and buyers, bid on the specific project and get noticed. As for buyers, well they have to repeat the freelancers' first two steps and then post some projects and wait for bidders to flow in with nice pricey suggestions.
