At least that is what they have on their website. Don't get me wrong - its true. They have a lot to offer - to freelancers and "Buyers" alike. Right now they are making some modifications and changes - all for the better communication between employee and employer, but still its worth taking a look.

Thats what the site is about. If you are a freelance programmer or web designer - go, get registered, browse through projects and buyers, bid on the specific project and get noticed. As for buyers, well they have to repeat the freelancers' first two steps and then post some projects and wait for bidders to flow in with nice pricey suggestions.
